1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to unforeseen delays.

Purchases made with Cards/ Zelle/ CashApp/ Chime are going to be shipped out next day or within 3 working days

And Purchases made with Wire Transfers or Cash will be shipped out same day and tracking information provided.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic shipments: 3–7 business days
  • International shipments: 7–21 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

CBL Autos is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
